Warranty Coverage by Product Category

Waterproof Car Seat Covers & Trunk Liners - 12 Months

Covered:

  • Seam separation or stitching defects
  • Waterproof coating failure or delamination
  • Buckle, strap, or anchor point breakage under normal use
  • Material tears or rips not caused by misuse
  • Color fading beyond normal wear (within first 6 months)

Not Covered: Damage from sharp objects, pet claws, improper installation, bleach or harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

Pet Beds (Wooden, Rattan, Elevated) - 12 Months

Covered:

  • Structural defects in wooden or rattan frames
  • Joint separation or frame cracking under normal use
  • Cushion zipper or seam failures
  • Manufacturing defects in materials

Not Covered: Scratches from pet claws, chewing damage, water damage from improper care, cushion compression from normal use, or sun fading.

Grooming Tools (Brushes, Combs) - 6 Months

Covered:

  • Self-cleaning button mechanism failure
  • Handle breakage or separation
  • Bristle detachment or premature wear
  • Manufacturing defects in materials

Not Covered: Normal bristle wear, damage from dropping, misuse, or cleaning with harsh chemicals.

Smart Pet Hair Dryer - 12 Months

Covered:

  • Motor or heating element failure
  • Electrical defects or power issues
  • Button or control malfunctions
  • Manufacturing defects affecting performance

Not Covered: Damage from water immersion, dropping, voltage surges, or use with incorrect voltage. Filter maintenance is customer responsibility.

Linen & Cotton Car Seat Covers - 6 Months

Covered:

  • Seam separation or stitching defects
  • Excessive shrinkage beyond stated specifications
  • Color bleeding or fading (within first 3 months)
  • Elastic or strap failure

Not Covered: Normal fabric wear, pilling, stains, damage from improper washing, or bleach use.

Dog Car Seats & Safety Barriers - 12 Months

Covered:

  • Frame or structural defects
  • Safety harness or buckle failure
  • Stitching or seam separation
  • Attachment mechanism defects

Not Covered: Damage from accidents, improper installation, pet chewing, or exceeding weight limits.

Cooling Pet Pads - 6 Months

Covered:

  • Gel leakage from manufacturing defects
  • Seam separation or material defects
  • Cooling function failure under normal use

Not Covered: Punctures from pet claws, teeth, or sharp objects, or reduced cooling performance from normal wear.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our contact page within the warranty period
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product name, purchase date, and description of the issue
  3. Submit Photos: Send clear photos showing the defect or damage
  4. Receive Resolution: We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days and offer a solution (repair, replacement, or refund)
  5. Return if Needed: If a return is required, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all claims
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty period
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items to verify warranty claims
  • Warranty coverage is void if products are modified, misused, or improperly maintained

Even after your warranty expires, we're here to help. Contact us about out-of-warranty issues - we may still be able to offer solutions, replacement parts, or discounted replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Our warranty applies to customers worldwide. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty claims, though we'll cover replacement shipping. Customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
